We offer plainclothes or uniformed; Armed Residential Protection Agents. Standing at the entrance to your facility to welcome guests. Or patrolling the community in a marked vehicle.

Security Officers are available to physically check and document occurrences. Remove trespassers. Issue notices and impound vehicles.

Choose from having standing security guards on site or elect to have random vehicle patrols.

* We generate a daily electronic report of  issues and safety concerns.

*We provide a list of written citations and warnings posted on vehicles that have violated HOA policies.

*We handle the removal of unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles by means of Private Party Impound.

*We Maintain a database of authorized visitors, and issue temporary parking permits as needed.

Property owners are able to contact our dispatch line to authorize a temporary parking permit to be issued to a guest, As per HOA regulations.

Our Security Officers also provide:

Fire Watch Checks.
Documents safety concerns.
Secures common areas and 

enforce HOA Policies while on site.
