Process Server

The deposit for Process Services is $200   •Additional fees may apply.

• Per individual to be served 

• Per additional document served at the same address.

An immediate attempt of delivery will be made. This includes services to be rendered after hours: 8pm to 8am.

This $100 fee is applied to all:

• Legal Postings 

• Eviction notices

• All same day requests for service. 

This $50 fee covers the costs for document processing of certified and first class USPS mailings of legal documents.

Services performed between 8pm to 8am will be charged a $100 after hours fee. 

Typically not needed unless the subject is purposefully attempting to avoid service. You will be called to confirm if you want the additional service. Your account will be Billed  hourly for skip tracing, stake-out or stand-by time while waiting for client to arrive. 

Travel expenses beyond our service area will incurre a $50 service fee. 

$100 Service charge for filling documents in court or by Electronic fillings. 

$5 per 25 pages of text.
$1 per page for exhibits.

Because of the additional hazards of dealing with domestic violence issues; a fee of $200 is applied in addition to the standard service fee.

* In cases involving child abuse, neglect, or elder abuse NO ADDITIONAL FEE is applied. 

A $500 fee will be billed to your account if summonsed to testify.
